No Refund Policy
Once service has been rendered and payment has been collected, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with service quality
- Appliance malfunction after repair
- Change of mind by customer
- Discovery of additional issues
No Warranty Coverage
We do not provide any warranty coverage on:
- Parts replaced during repair
- Labor performed
- Future functionality of repaired appliances
- Any consequential damages
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Verifying service completion to their satisfaction before payment
- Testing the appliance immediately after repair
- Raising any concerns before the technician leaves the premises
- Understanding that payment signifies acceptance of service as-is
Pre-Service Inspection
Our technicians will provide an estimate before beginning work. Customers should ask questions and clarify any concerns before authorizing the repair. Once work begins, the customer agrees to pay for services rendered regardless of outcome.
Independent Service Provider
We are independent service providers only. We have no authorization with any brands. Manufacturer warranties do not apply to our services.
